LOFT Try On Friends and Family Event Sale

I had time for a mini try on today, so I thought I would whip up a little blog post for you, so you can read why I loved these pieces and all the sizing details.  All these pieces are under $50.  I ended up loving all of these pieces and they all came home with me!  Not sure is good or bad!?

For most of these pictures, I am wearing jeans that I own and love.  Sadly, they have sold out, but here are pair by the same brand that are similar and they are only $64!  They come in petite, regular and plus sizes.  I am also wearing an amazing pair of neutral mules that jazz up any outfit.  This color has been sold out, but it has been coming back in stock now and then so you can see if they are available now by clicking here.   They also come in several other gorgeous  colors, so make sure to check those out!

Velvet Button Ruffle Shell

This first top is the Velvet Button Ruffle Shell and it is so fun, cute, sweet and you can dress it up or down.  You can wear it casually with jeans and mules or you can pair with with black bottoms or a skirt with black mules, booties, or boots.  It will also compliment colored and patterned bottoms.  It’s very versatile!  It runs tts.

Lou & Grey Fuzzy Sweater

The second top is the Lou & Grey Fuzzy Sweater and it’s the softest and coziest sweater.  It’s as cozy on the inside as it is on the outside! It ran a little big, but if you want it oversized then go with your normal sizing.  In the picture, I am wearing a small.  I ended up ordering and xxs in this one.  It will look super cute with with pretty much any bottom and you can wear it out or with a partial front tuck.  I will look really nice with leggings and boots or booties or with denim.  You can’t go wrong with this sweater!

Draped Sleeve Sweatshirt

The third top is the Draped Sleeve Sweatshirt has the feel of a of nice soft lighter weight knit.  The name says ‘sweatshirt’, but it’s more like a soft knit in my opinion.  I love the balloon sleeve detail with the cuff and the rouching at the shoulders.  It really jazzes up this comfy staple top and creates a slimming effect.  This long-sleeve top will be perfect on it’s own for layering under your favorite cardi or jacket.  I ended up get a size larger, size small, than my normal size for a little be looser fit.

Cowl Neck Tunic Sweater

I fell in love with this Cowl Neck Tunic Sweater.  It feels so good on and really slims you!  It will look amazing with leggings or pants and you can wear it out or with a front tuck. It will also look great paired with a skirt tucked in!  It comes in 6 colors and petite, reg, and plus sizes, too.  You really can’t go wrong with this classic staple.  I paired with the Black Leggings in Seamed Ponte which were a great length in the petite size and they also come in regular and plus, but I did need to size up one size in these to a 0/25, so they did run a little small.

And, here is the same Cowl Neck Tunic Sweater with a front tuck and jeans.

Stripe Buttoned Mock Neck Sweatshirt

Finally, I tried on this super cute black and white Stripe Buttoned Mock Neck Sweatshirt.  I love the detail of the 3 buttons!  Only the top button is functional and the other two are for looks.  You can wear it untucked or tucked and it will look super cute with any bottom and boots, booties or mules.  It will even look great with your wedge sneakers!

Lou & Grey Marled Roll Neck Sweater

I absolutely loved color, feel and cut of the Lou & Grey Marled Roll Neck Sweater, but it just didn’t look quite right on me.  You see that in my LOFT try on Highlight.  This cut might work of you and if you like this style, grab this!!  I will be a tad bit jealous for sure!  It ran tts and will look fabulous with leggings and and jeans.  It’s a casual sweater for perfect for everyday.

Striped Swingy Sweater

I also tried on the Striped Swingy Sweater and this one feels so great on and has a little swing at the bottom.  It runs tts and will look great with denim or black bottoms.  It’s pretty casual, so perfect for daily wear.
