My Current HRT Routine

For those of you who are curious, here’s what I’m currently taking as part of my HRT routine. At night I take one 100 mg capsule of progesterone. I also use a 0.0375 estradiol patch, which I apply twice a week. And in the mornings, I apply a compounded testosterone cream at a 0.25 dose. This is simply what I’m using right now and what has worked best for me. Every woman’s needs and symptoms are completely different, so it’s really important to work with your doctor to find the right plan for you & your body!
